Senior Product Manager for Payments Products within Treasury Management

Over the past twelve years, Olivia Maciel has successfully built her career in the payments
industry. She recently joined Regions Treasury Management as the Senior Product Manager for
Payments Products within Treasury Management, where she oversees the ACH, Wire, RTP,
ISO 20022, Emerging Payments and FedNow solutions. In her role, she is responsible for
product enhancements, system upgrades, forecasting, customer questions and issues, risk
management, product implementations, and training on her respective products.

Prior to Regions, Maciel served as Director, Product Manager for The Clearing House’s EPN
network, the nation’s largest private sector ACH operator. In her role with the operator she was
responsible for risk and fraud management, project management, product performance and
enhancement, customer relationships and the EPN Business Committee. During her tenure at
TCH, she developed educational programs, held training sessions across the United States for
the Regional Payments Association, assisted in implementing enterprise-wide programs,
developed and executed the Payments System Risk Symposium, and participated in the Project
Compas research project – a catalyst for today’s RTP® network.

Maciel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Appalachian State University
with a Master’s degree from Wake Forest University. Additionally, Maciel has received both the
Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and Accredited Payment Risk Professional (APRP)
certifications. She currently serves on the Nacha Alliance, TCHPA Board, EPN Business
Committee, RTP Business Committee, and the Fiserv Payments Advisory Council.
